An homage to Def Leopard and the film Flashdance, on name and label respectively, this Gamay is a unique expression of spice, roundness, and depth, yet still releasing the ruby color, red fruitiness, and earthiness of traditional Gamay wines. Slight smokiness and minerality on the finish from 15 months in oak aging and soil type.
