Brasserie Les Acolytes 'Batarde Malbec' Barrel Aged Ale 750ml

Saison beer macerated for 3 months on Malbec marc, aged in oak barrel for 6 months.

The Acolytes brewery was born from the meeting of two adventurers of taste: Germain Croisille, a winemaker in the Cahors region and Mathieu Resséjac, project manager in the building. A simple garage project at the beginning, Germain and Mathieu decided in 2016 to move up a gear. They then settled in Farges, in the premises of Château Les Croisille, and built their micro-brewery. 

Joined in 2018 by Antoine, a seasoned brewer who has just returned from South America, they are expanding their range and production. They have since brewed and marketed craft beers, from organic farming, made looking for a balance between finesse and greed.
