Ingredients (Organic): Spring water,
Malts: pale, crystal pils, oats, rye,
Fruits: Syrah grapes,
Hops: tradition, Hallertau, Hersbrucker,
Yeasts: Syrah grapes
Aging: red wine barrel from Terrasses du Larzac
6 months of fermentation and maceration of grapes (from ardeche) + 2 months of fermentation in bottle (2nd
fermentation).

Description: on the nose: red fruits, earthy and vegetal.
In the mouth: fruity, spicy, vegetal. The ending is mineral and
complex.
