Cà dei Quattro Archi Sangiovese 'Tajavent' 2016
Tajavènt from the Cà dei Quattro Archi winery is made from Sangiovese grapes from certified organic farming. The grapes undergo a long maceration period of about 30 days on the skins and subsequently the wine is aged for a year in small barrels.
A denomination, that of the sangiovese di Romagna, that may be scarcely considered in the scope of natural wines but of a great interest and tradition. Cà dei Quattro Archi was born in 2000 from Rita and Mauro’s passion for wine and for nature. Immediately an Organic Wine Company, certified ICEA, it produces wines that are an expression of a fertile territory. The wines bring in mind the joviality and the propension for sharing that is typical of Romagna; to be served in tavern glasses, perfect for summer nights lit by the moon and by fireflies.
