VARIETY: 100% merlot from one parcel

TERROIR: Grapes grown on the border between Dordogne and Gironde in the Purple Périgord. Vines flourish on a limestone cliff in a hilly landscape at an altitude of 80 meters above the Dordogne valley, protected by a forest.
Biodynamic practice and certified organic.

HARVEST: hand picked

VINIFICATION:
15 day maceration, press and free-run juices are blended and then matured in clay jars for 7 - 9 months.
