Milpa Especial - Mexican Lager 5.2% ABV

Ingredients: Malt: German Extra Pale Pils, Maris Otter, Flaked Corn, Milpa Masa Yellow Nixtamal Corn. Hops - Tettnang, Saaz. Fermented with Baja Lager yeast.

Sensory: Straw yellow color. The nose is bright grassy malt and peppery spice from the hops. Subtle floral flavor and notes of hay with a snappy hop bite on the finish. The body is light but leaves a pleasant nutty flavor on the palate from the addition of Maris Otter malt.
