Through honed fermentation instincts and an open mind, Revel combines farm-grown and foraged fruits, with plant parts to create wines, ciders & hybrid bevies galore! ‘Arlo’ is made of Niagara grapes harvested from 2020 through 2024, including green-growling sauvignon blanc, aromatic seyval blanc, citric riesling and musky muscat, all with varying times of skins and aged on lees for two years gathering strength.
